I have no ability to borrow money. Can you help me find cash?

Part of our program is to help you acquire and maintain access to cash to operate the business.

How do I pay for your services?

Our goal is to increase your profits – we only get paid if your business does better. There are no retainer fees or large hourly wages.

What is the first step?

We visit you and your business. After the initial meeting which can last 1-2 hours. We assess your situation as a team, determine profit potential, and relay our findings to you within 48 hours.

What can you do for me?

When you hire us as your turnaround consultant, we will develop a custom turnaround plan for your business and manage the implementation of the plan.

• First, we will stabilize your cash flow so we can calm things down with your creditors.
• Second, we will conduct a series of tests to diagnose your business problems. Based on the results, we'll recommend solutions, prepare a cash forecast, and develop a written turnaround plan for your company.
• Third, we will prepare a series of action items and help you implement them as you guide the turnaround to a successful conclusion.

Why use an outside management team?

An outside perspective (much like an aerial view) provides insights into operations and processes. By assessing these areas in detail, we can draw out the very best in you and your teams.

By not being as emotionally involved in the day-to-day operations, we can better facilitate work sessions, act as a sounding board, recommend approaches, develop your skill sets, and energize you.

What do I do if a creditor or bank has started legal proceedings?

As with most problems the best approach is to confront problems early. Our debt consultants have over 30 years experience in negotiating debts and contracts, obtaining workable results for our clients.

I don’t have legal problems, but my revenue and profits have been declining. Can you help me?

Our assessment includes a complete operational, sales, marketing and finance analysis to determine why profits have declined. We’ll determine the root cause, and with your help get the business back on the right track.

I am working longer and harder and I’m not getting ahead. I feel like I never have enough time to complete my work.
