Lori also brings an extensive background in company turnarounds, work force reductions, and cost-benefit analysis. She has a hands-on approach to general management and has brought success and higher profits to a wide variety of business enterprises.

He brings creative leadership, strategic vision and a lengthy track record of success to Capital Solutions Group. The owner of 5 successful businesses, George is respected for his proven record and maximizing the bottom line.

 

George's unparalleled dedication to service has helped him assist a wide variety of companies through difficult challenges. He has acted as a financial consultant for his clients helping them manage their finances and debt. He has guided them through the most complicated times including Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies.

 

George has volunteered his time to SCORE (Service Corp of Retired Executives) where he has counseled small businesses in finance, business planning and marketing.

Tracy Lambert

Tracy holds an MBA in Entrepreneurial and Strategic Management as well as a BA in Accounting. She brings this vast knowledge and 12 years experience to Capital Solutions Group.

 

By developing a company's spending plan, cash flow analysis, and financial forecasting, Tracy has had exceptional achievements reducing expenses for our companies. Her ability to forecast and create budgets has improved the profitability of fiscal operations across a wide variety of businesses.

 

In addition, she possesses an exceptional approach to problem solving, business operations management, planning and crisis management.

 

Tracy has a BA in accounting and has taught at the college level.

Larry Simpson

Larry has more than 30 years experience in all areas of finance and strategic planning. He uses his well-rounded expertise in information technology, acquisitions, consulting and liquidations to help distressed companies and stakeholders find and achieve the best possible outcomes.

Larry brings expertise in analyzing and preparing financial statements as well as operational assessments, business valuations, divestiture strategies, and cash flow improvement programs.

 

Larry's achievements also include financial turnarounds and wind-downs for liquidations. He has been responsible for restructuring the economic components of companies and providing plans for profitability.

 

Larry holds an MBA in finance form Wright State University and completed the Advanced Financial Management Program at the University of Michigan. He has taught accounting, finance, and management classes at the undergraduate and graduate level.
